What's really strange, though, is that I know for certain that my 3G used to charge through my 6FL cable. It did display the message about the accessory being incompatible, etc., but it would indeed still charge the phone (albeit not very quickly).
But now it won't even do that anymore, and I am not sure if it is due to a change in OS 3.0, or if it was something that changed in a previous OS update and I just didn't notice until now.
Anyone else have the same thing happen? If so were you able to get the old behavior back, or is it a hopeless issue?
Thanks for that link. I suppose I'll just have to pick one of these up, since it doesn't look like there will be any other way to get my 6FL to charge my 3G like it used to.
