However, the car could be 'stock' with a new blower pulley and a tune. Something you'd never see at a cursory glance or even in a deep inspection. And in that case, it really depends on what pulley and tune it's running and how much power you're putting down.

+1, I ran against my co-worker's with an upgraded pulley and tune... we were neck and neck from 40 to 80, then he started pulling. At the end, put about 2 and a half cars on me. So if he's stock, take him down for me!
