I would recommend following.
wash with any car wash shampoo
use IronX to decontaminate Paint, Glass, and Wheels, DO NOT USE it on plastic Trim and rubber door seals
Use claybar to lift leftover dirt off the paint
Polish it with buffer
seal it with sealant or carpro uk coating
Edit.... use carpro eraser to remove oil/wax/polish after polishing before applying sealant or coating
