OK I rang them up because I couldn't wait.
It can only purchased from a BMW dealer.
Car must be brand new and within 120 days of purchase.
The term minor damage is effectively cosmetic damage.
Cover is only for any damage that can be repair by mobile repair.
The maximum damage size covered is less than 15cm
Tyres are not covered even if they are damaged due to damaged alloys.
No matter the damage no wheel is ever replaced only repaired.
Most importantly cracked wheels are most certainly NOT covered.
