If you are in between sizes, I'd recommend trying a different helmet manufacturer. Long long ago, I bought a Shoei helmet when I bought a motorcycle and after wearing it for 2 hours, I had such a bad headache that I got dizzy and had to pull over and take the helmet off for 30 minutes or so. It's not worth ruining a good track day with a helmet that doesn't fit. I happen to fit Arai helmets really well, and the Bell Motorsports ones are only ok on me. Try a different brand.
