There's Lux, RD, DTEC, and some other LED replacements, but some people actually have the headlights redone with OSS and the big rings with a bunch of LEDs around. The thing with the fishcake headlights is that they have the shape of the pre-LCI headlights, which are shaped a bit differently, and lacking the eyelid among some other things.
