Get a compression test and leak down test to start.

Check your catch can's lines. If they are kinked, you could have similar symptoms. If they are totally blocked, you could have damaged your piston rings already due to excessive crankcase pressure.

Head being warped? I highly doubt it. Headgasket, its possible. Check your oil and check its consistency and color. Does it look like chocolate milk?
