Search can definitely help, but here are a couple thoughts:

1. LCI stands for "Life Cycle Impulse" - basically it is when BMW refreshes their models midway through the life cycle. For the sedan it started in 2009 with new headlights, hood, front faschia, tail lights, updated iDrive and a few other things. For the coupe, I forget the exact year it started (probably 2010? - they are usually a year after).
2. More power out of the 330 is tough. It is a great car (I had a E90 330i before my 335i), but not as easy to extract more power out of compared to the 335i. One of the things I did that I really enjoyed was the BMS Powerbox - not sure it gave a ton of power, but definitely enhanced the throttle response making it a ton more fun to drive. I believe there is another chip out now that people really like (active autowerks maybe?). You could also do intake, exhaust, etc. But, IMHO, you are going to struggle to break 300 crank HP in the 330. And although I'm not an expert on the Xi, I believe even with the sports package, it doesn't enjoy the lowered stock suspension of the i, so that could be a nice aesthetic and performance (handling) improvement.

On the wheels, 162s (18" staggered sports package for the 330) are relatively easy to come by and pretty inexpensive. They are also (IMHO) a fantastic looking stock wheel.

Good luck and welcome to the E90 family!
