what should be replaced @ 60k miles on a 328i?

I just want to save up and get everything needed before I go bezerk with a new motor, I see I need new oil and a rotor and pad change and possibly a parking brake shoe. What else is there to check for? I don't want to rip apart my motor but just to be safe, ill do so if needed ( by a shop of course). What have you guys done? I've also been thinking of a diff oil and tranny oil change. Here's basically the list of what I am thinking of doing soon:
-Oil change
-Tranny and diff oil
-Rotors and pads
-Parking brake
-Suspension and allignment
That's all that I have so far, is there anything else I should be looking for?

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.
