1.Are you using the stock diverter valve? Im already getting codes that's it stuck open at times when running high boost in a long gear.

Andrew I just saw this. The stock diverter is electronically controlled, and intergrated in the housing, speaking with Cobb they said they were having issues with it as well and are hoping to find a way around it and just use an aftermarket recirc BOV. This is just growing pains, once hardware like this is available the parts like aftermarket BOV's etc tend to follow suit rather quickly. Our estimate is based off this exact turbo set-up putting down 550+ WHP on different motors, the fuels used vary. This turbo will support a little less then that as it is running through the stock housings so 500 is a perfectly doable number, how we get there, tuning, fuel, etc remains to be seen. Once we get it on a car and testing things will become more clear quickly.
