10 bucks on a normal torque wrench is a waste of 10 bucks. Unless you are willing to spend real money on a real torque wrench, use your elbow.

For me, I will rely on my Snap-On torque wrench for this. Although I am looking at another 100K km before I touch the plugs on my car since I have an N52 with no aftermarket tuning.
