Try a selection for a 2008 e90 and then a 2009 e92, they should both come up with: 51459125815 (if it's a black dash you're looking for).(the dash is under TRIM in the main menu.)
Regarding the Idrive retrofit, I have deff not regretted. Best mod I have done to the car.
