I tried it like that,as the multi has slots for the paddle shifters but it didnt work for me and I had to cut and connect like showed in the thread..but you can test if it will work in 5 minutes...just conenct the wires at the back of the steerign column to the gear selector put the steering and test it (it will show i guess steering angle error and airbag but if you can delete them on your own via INPA dont bother at all)
