they deserve it. i've taken my cars there several times for work. first time they worked on the front end, they failed to tighten strut bar bolts. the second time i came in for an alignment, they fucked up one of my wheels. it looked like they install that thing on your wheel that signals back to the computer without that padding between the machine and wheel and that caused this huge circular scratch on the rim.
