Well I would advise taking it back to bmw... the pressure pump is a known problem on the 335i... Its a design flaw and invariably fails on all the models...
Therefore it could be argued they should be changing it irrespective of warranty... They were supposed to officially recall all models and refit with a new HPFP... I think you should just go talk to them...
