Good to hear that has happened
a friend of mine is actually the finance manager at the dealer that is delaing with it, and he has personally spoken to the warranty manager...i don't think much more can be done at this dealer at least!
Unfortunately my mate is going on holiday tomorrow which is a pain in the backside!
