At least the first entry does.
The second one looks like it might work.

Icom is suppose to auto switch when needed according to the first article.
Yes you're right. I have just had play with my old RAD2. If you use the itool Radar interface, all you have to do is change the EDIABAS.INI file.

I changed one setting under CONFIGURATION. Change INTERFACE=stdobd to INTERFACE= REMOTE

Then further down in that file i put the IP address of the icom as shown in itool radar, then i was able to connect to the car (tested with inpa first) reprogrammed the rad2 no problems.
