Swapping the hubs in the rear isn't a big deal. You just take the arms off and take the axle nut off and swap it. Everything lines up. You can get used E90/E92 M3 hubs from a part out car.

No they are not. Space out on mounting tabs is different on e9x m3. All non m3 e9x are same with all F3x M and non M. I you want f3x M brakes on any e9x without adapters you need f3x M parts not e9x M.
