So, update. I've got the secret dash UB voltage readout showing only 11.6 volts while engine is running! Clearly the battery isn't getting charged enough! But car does drive, but obvs battery light comes on & off! So I guess I'm trying to get thoughts on whether it's almost certainly the alternator (expensive)? Or hopefully just the voltage regulator (much cheaper)! Any experts got any thoughts on likely hood!
