Yeah i also found that fuse 57 related to something else, although its better to check them all as you never know what else they supply.
I think you'd struggle to get someone to look at the module. The only definitive way that i can see is to borrow a module from a. similar car. Maybe find a breaker within travelling distance that will let you try before you buy on the grounds that you'll pay the asking price if it works?
