I'm inclined to say no.
Before my tune, I did a careful measure of highway mpg (specific road course, air conditioner settings, car on cruise control). Made several runs. After the tune, did the same. No difference.
Maybe there's some gain at a specific rpm range...but then again you may drive your car a little more aggressively with the better throttle response. Anyway, I doubt you will see a gain.
I do like the AA tune, no regrets.
