17x9" ET30 with 255/40-17 is actually a direct fit on stock suspension or lowering springs, and would be our recommendation for your wagon. Certain coilover setups will require front spacers however.

The 8.5" ET35 can also be used as a more conservative option, but the 9" ET30 fits so well that there's really no reason go with the 8.5" ET35.

Regarding the face profiles: Because of the variation we don’t have definitive profile numbers at this time, but your assumption is correct. 17x8.5" ET35 would be pretty similar to a profile 2.
