Question for you -
I don't have heated seats :-(
The strip of buttons only has the downhill control function, which I don't ever use. I would rather not use the replacement ashtray piece and prefer to just omit the strip of buttons from the installation.
1. Do you think it would be possible to leave the button disconnected from the installation without vehicle error? If not,
2. Do you think there is enough room behind the climate control to leave the button strip connected but buried behind the HU?
