I have the folding seats, and the larger one is currently stuck in the down position. The seatbelt tensioner wont release the seatbelt, no matter how much fiddling i try!

I can only move the seat up a few inches before the seatbelt 'locks' and i cannot raise it any higher. If i can get the seat cushion out, is it just a single torx bolt holding the seat belt buckle in place?

EDIT - Just tried to remove the lower seat cushion, and then middle seat belt goes through a slit on the back bolster of the lower cushion). I've tried getting my hand through the gap, but i can't get to the bolt. With the seat belt attached, i cannot remove the lower cushion either. Any ideas on how to progress, as i'm completely stuck?!?
