I would recommend doing the coil overs first, let it settle to the final ride height and then figure out the proper tire and wheel combination. The coil overs will be adjustable so I'd try to avoid adding camber or spacers and simply buy a tire and wheel combo that actually fits. If you want a square setup, I'd guess that 235/40/18 would be a good place to start researching.
