Im actually having the same issue myself
I have a 2010 e90 LCI; Headlight washer fuse in slot 48; not seeing any space for the relay anywhere. Comparing to OP, we have 2 more relays in our glovebox included, but located to the left, before he added his washer relay. Do we need to add another somehow?

Also, the kits are now officially NLA from BMW, but the individual components are still purchasable (minus having to create your own wiring). Figuring out a parts list right now and will try to post it for future reference
