For anyone still browsing this thread with the same question as above: the washer nozzles are actually mounted to the headlight support, neither the bumper support/reinforcement nor the bumper itself. Every single headlight support from the factory comes with a relief cutout where the nozzles snap into; you do not need to buy specific headlight supports for the headlight washer system as they do not exist, or rather they do exist and they are already installed on your car. It would stand to reason then that you can easily upgrade between bumpers, aftermarket or OEM, as long as you also buy/supply the bumper specific caps
