That is what I had heard from A&L when I had my car in there two weeks ago. They had a guy on vacation, and the storms messed things up a little.
In regards to A&L, Tony was always responsive, and even though I originally contacted with Anthony, I never really spoke with him and Tony handled my repair/upgrades without a hiccup.
