A direct swap would be to find some E90 M3 seats as they have a different upper portion than the standard E90 seats, the bottom seat cushions are the same as far as I know. The red in the M5 you were referring to is Indianapolis Red, which is a pretty rare interior for those cars, especially if it doesn't have Indy Red exterior.
