Don't send items worth more than you can self insure, period.

ie; if you wont pay $40 out of your own pocket should it get lost, insure it, or as paypal policy states, send it registered.

REGISTERED POST COSTS $3.05.

There is absolutely nothing OP can do to prove that bmwaddition didn't receive the item, so he must be given the benefit of doubt.

All that will ensue now is OP flogging a dead horse and bmwaddiction (rightfully) being pissed off.

OP, show proof the item was delivered, otherwise edit bmwadditions real name out of your posts. Learn a lesson we have all learnt at some stage of our lifes, its as simple as that.

I'm sorry you're out of work mate, but I don't think you understand that if you EVER send something, and you cannot provide proof that the item was sent - TO THE EXACT ADDRESS YOU SENT IT TO - then you don't really have proof at all.

The buyer feels just as hardly done by as you, he paid for goods and never received. He complained about it (to paypal) and got his money back.

You would do the same thing OP, all of us would.
