Best upgrade path IMHO:

1. JB4
2. BMS Dual Cone Intake
3. VRSF Down pipes
4. VRSF/AMS/whoever Intercooler.

Those 4 alone can bump your 335i close to 350-375HP (roughly...)

But if you have a family you shouldn't do any of those...
