im not justifying the speeding. everyone speeds i got caught that is true. but there is a reason he wrote 91 over 90...i really dont know what it could have been I talked to him with respect, answered truthfully...im not upset with the ticket im upset with the speed he wrote. there is def a reason again for the 91
