I'd take used OEM disa valves over Chinese aftermarket any day.
I know several people who've had the Chinese ones break within days of installing them (or just not work at all). Meanwhile, my original valves in my 330i are still working fine. When I 3 stage swapped our E91 I got a used manifold with good disas for $150. Worked just fine until I sold it.
If you get the eBay manifold, you can test the DISA valves before you put them in the car, and return them if they don't work. If they do work and are in good shape (not torn seals or full of oil), they'll likely continue to work just fine.
