e92 330xd - impossible to register new battery
Hi,
bought the car 2yr ago with battery issues present - not starting after a week in garage, low voltage messages on dash.
Replaced battery immediately. Registered new battery with INPA, registered with ISTA /D and also Tool32 every time registration proceeded without issues but after few ignition cycles battery replacement is not visible in history.
Several shops tried to register new battery with different interfaces - still no luck and after 2yrs battery is basically dead.
Don't know what to do and would like to resolve this before buying another battery.
Facts / things I've verified during this time:
- registering new battery is successful but keeps resetting to previous /is not stored
- coded battery is 90Ah (not agm)
- car is IBS equipped, new plastic improved version, no IBS errors
- sporadic error 3EED Power management, closed-circuit current violation,
once per week
- measured current draw in sleep mode (after 1h) is 0.02A
- charging voltage during driving is around 14.5-14.6V
