I'm pretty particular lets say and I never noticed it as standing out to me, in fact I never even thought about at all until now  you just made me go take another look haha. Since everything is OEM it really doesn't stand out as anything un-ordinary or out of place, I would say technically yes they are a different shade, but I would attribute most of that to the texture in the trim reflecting the light less cuz of the pattern cut into it compared to the flat 'polished' surfaces on the knobs if that makes sense. |
I like it, first image I've seen of it on an iS. Does the metal get super hot if it's been sitting out in the sun?
I'm planning to upgrade to an alcantara wheel in the future, I'll revisit this shift knob when that time comes.
