You get more fluid in when it's running. It may not be a huge deal, but, generally speaking, you can't go wrong when following the service manual. (I just did the tranny service, sealing sleeve, and mechatronics seal adapter two weeks ago). If anyone is having troubles with rough shifting or a "bump" between gears, it is LIKELY the seal adapter which sits on top of the mechatronics and seals a port between the body of the tranny and mechatronics. My car runs like new now!
