Not sure if I’m looking at it right bc its in pictures and not in person, but if it looks deep and actually went past the paint and clear coat then I’d say a simple buff won’t do anything, either do touch up paint or get it resprayed
But if someone knows how to do touch up they can probably buff it out to make it look smooth
