I just bought a 2007 328i and was looking at possibly installing an aftermarket stereo. I had the stereo in my vehicle before buying the BMW, it is a Pioneer AVH-4100NEX. I am just trying to understand all that will be needed to install the stereo and keep all the existing functions. Will I just need the 2 metra wiring harnesses? I also found a connects2 installation kit. Would it be better to buy the connects2 kit?
