I need some help.... Does any one know of a low cost place I can have some tires dis-mounted and re-mounted?

I'm trading in my car and the dealer wants new tires. I have some on a set of 193m rims but need to have them put on my stock rims. The shops I've call so far are all asking ~$200 to dismount the 8 tires and remount the 4.

Something closer to Walnut Creek / Concord would be good.
