Also turn on Notication in Settings on iPhone, also set messages and email in setting/notifications/ emails (and also in Messages & Phone) to Notifications Center ON , Alert Style to Alerts, Badge App Icon ON, Show Preview ON, and the most important View in Lock Screen ON.
Phone must be asleep (locked Screen) for emails to transfer to iDrive.
