So far this month my 335i has cost me;
12 months car tax £500
12 months car insurance £470
2 Michelin pss rear tyres £415
2 front upper suspension mounts & Spring seats £170
7 litres of castrol edge 0w30 & oil filter £50
2 brembo front discs £190
£170 labour
On top of all that the damn thing went into limp mode last week, turned it of & back on & it's been fine, until today.
I had fault memory read today & apparently there's a low fuel pressure issue. So the guy cleared the faults told me if it does it again I'll have to get it booked in for further investigation.
Took it out tonight to see how new top mounts feel. Found a bit of clear road started to accelerate, car felt a bit sluggish then got a half engine light
stopped turned of & back on drove it home, but it in my garage shut the door on it came indoors drank a beer or two whilst wondering how much more money I'm going to need to spend on it this time.
New top mounts feel nice though, steering feels a lot smoother
