From your screenshot, downloading is 25% complete and there are only 3 peers currently seeding the download. Effective download speed is 36 KB/s (Kilo Bytes) which is 288 Kb/s (Kilo bits) which is super super slow (less than 1 Mbps).
You can't do much about the speed of the peers, so I'd let it run until it completes (however, long it takes).
