Charging pinout changed from 2G to 3G and 3GS is same a s 3G. Neither 3G nor 3GS will charge with the 6FL cable.

I bought this adaptor and it allows my 3G and 3GS to charge.
I am not aware of a new 6FL cable that fixes this issue.
