DriverLDN, All e9 series sit lower on the driver side. However yours does look particularly low, so maybe you have a bad shock but even with new shocks/springs it'll still sit lower on drivers side.
Dependant upon how/what surface my 35i is parked on the drivers side sometimes looks lower than others even though all my suspension parts are good.
