You coded the new index 12 injector to the DME right? Because if you didn't, that would be a reason why your are still getting misfires.
Misfires 9/10 are
1) bad plugs
2) bad coils
3) bad injectors
If you buy the index 9 injectors from eBay, expect them to last maybe 25,000 miles or so. 40k at best.
You'll need couplers
Hopefully, they will have new seals on them. I would think they would.
