Update:
Reinstalled my stock intake and reset all adaptations (didn't do this after replacing the HPFP). After 2-3 cold starts with no long-cranks but a bit of stuttering, they have progressively gotten better over the last week. As of right now the last 5 cold starts have been long-crank free with the only issue I am experiencing being "hiccups" during the cold start sequence. Thanks for the help and information everyone!
