Why don't you just use the BMW Standard Tools 2.12 installer? You don't need to pre-install Ediabas or WinKFP. It does everything for you.
Then you just copy your ECU, daten, config, profile, and scripts to their respective directories and your done.
I just did a W10 install for someone. I had to run the 2.12 install in compatibility mode but it works just fine.

This DIY uses the BMW Standard Tools 2.12 installer. It doesn't assume that the reader has the requisite INPA scripts, SP Daten, NCS-Expert profiles, etc. Therefore, it explains how to obtain the English metric scripts from INPA 5.0.2 prior to installing BMW Standard Tools 2.12.
