Got an exclusive invite to her new house warming and a meet and greet with her Mom at church coming up. Idk what's going on but feeling and holding someone so beautiful has been QUITE different.

I'm willing to bet that she genuinely likes you, but in the sense of a gay best friend. If you are attracted to her, I think you should tell her or back off.
