Yes mate stick it online when you attempt the 40. Would be awesome. Good to see another fitness fanatic on the site. I put on a bit of weight over the summer since it's off season. Cutting up a bit now so the dreaded cardio and strict diet plan
. Can't wait to get my abs back again though
