Even at 50 Mbps, I'm not so sure the router is going to be your bottleneck. Here's a quick and dirty way to check. To rule out the wireless component, connect a PC directly to one of the LAN ports and then run a speed test. Make sure you don't have anything else running on that PC which may influence the results.
